The Commission on Elections and SM Supermalls recently launched 76 satellite COMELEC Voter Registration centers at the SM Supermalls to provide voters with more registration venues.               SM City Mindpro’s COMELEC Satellite Registration Center will commence on September 1 until September 15 which will give the public a safer, more convenient option amidst the prevailing COVID-19 health crisis.
