In line with its commitment to promote health and wellness among underserved communities, SM Foundation, Inc. (SMFI), in partnership with City Health Office, Philippine Air Force, and MX3, successfully conducted a medical and dental mission at Barangay Lunzuran Covered Court on September 30. The initiative provided free medical consultations, dental care, and essential medicines to nearly 500 residents from Lunzuran and nearby barangays.   The outreach program aimed to ensure that basic healthcare services are made accessible to communities who often face barriers in availing proper medical attention. The SM Foundation conducted medical missions in Cebu this September, further bolstering its health and medical programs following the recent turnover of the San Remigio Primary Care Facility and the Naval Base Rafael Ramon Medical and Dental Dispensary in the province. With its social good partners, Watsons Personal Care Store, Unilab, and the local government of Lapu-Lapu City, SM Foundation brought its services to Olango Island. The first mission was held on at the Banilad Study Center in Cebu City. A total of 901 medical and diagnostic services were provided, including medical consultations, dental care, and glucose, cholesterol, uric acid, and hemoglobin tests.
