Recently, an inspiring incident unfolded when one of SM City Mindpro’s security guards, SG Yusop Salaide, demonstrated exceptional honesty by returning a lost item to its rightful owner. The item, a wallet containing cash and important IDs and cards, was found in the mall premises and promptly turned over to the Customer Relations Services office. Through swift action and coordination, the rightful owner was located, and the wallet was safely returned, intact.


This act of integrity is not an isolated case. Time and again, the frontliners of SM City Mindpro—including security personnel, maintenance staff, and customer service representatives—have gone above and beyond their duties to ensure a safe, honest, and welcoming environment for all.
